Now everyone wants glowing and fair skin these days. Today we gonna tell you about those 10 foods which can be very helpful for your skin and your hair as well. The Indian environment is very dust full and our weather is changed after month and month. Nutrition is very important for your health. But what you eat is also very important for your health and your skin.

Orange is natural fruit and its doesn't have any side effect. use orange peels, Its better than orange itself. Orange peels have more vitamins than orange. Eat orange regularly and use orange peels for your face pack. It contains antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.
2. Cooked Tomato
Tomato have lycopene very much, thats why tomatoes look red. If we cooked the tomato the quantity of the lycopens are up, So we should take cooked tomato for our glowing skin. Tomato helps you to increase/boost your collagen strenth. Collagen is the name of a protien. Its give your skin its taut and youthfull structure.
